What is the wearing cycle of Twinklebell Lens contacts?

Our colored contacts are typically designed for monthly wear, unless otherwise specified. Once you open the bottle of monthly contacts, they can be used for a period of 30 days. Even if not worn, the contacts should not be used beyond a month. Monthly contacts are intended to be worn for 30 days, provided that proper wearing and care instructions are followed. This includes cleaning, disinfecting, and storing the contacts daily to ensure their cleanliness.

Are all the products sold on the website genuine and authentic?

Where are Twinklebell Lens contact lenses manufactured?

All Twinklebell Lens colored contacts are manufactured in South Korea (Singaporean brand). We exclusively offer products that meet rigorous FDA standards for your safe and reliable use. When is the shelf life of color contact lenses?

Our products can be stored for up to 5 years after manufacturing. On the packaging of the contact lens vial, you can find the production date and expiration date. The date format is YYYY/MM/DD.

How do I choose a suitable color for my contact lens?

The product pages provide color descriptions, and the displayed images are taken of the actual items. Due to lighting conditions, there might be slight differences between the images and the actual product. However, please rest assured that we have minimized these differences as much as possible. You can choose the color you like based on your personal preference.

How do I choose the water content/moisture level of the contacts?

Many people believe that higher water content in colored contacts is better, but this perspective is incorrect. In fact, higher water content can lead to increased dryness. This is because as you wear colored contacts for extended periods, the water content within the contacts can evaporate, leading the lenses to absorb your tears in an attempt to maintain their original moisture level. Consequently, if you often experience dry eyes or prefer to wear colored contacts for extended periods (over 8 hours), opting for lenses with lower water content can be more comfortable. Colored contacts with lower water content, around 38% - 42%, are recommended.

When will my order be shipped after placing it?

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours. We will pick your order and package it for dispatch as soon as possible. If you place an order before 2PM, we will ship it on the same day.

Once the package is dispatched, we will email your tracking number to you. You can track the location of your package with Royal Mail tracking information.

Only very few special orders may be released, such as 【holiday, out of stock】you will be notified within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. If there is no delivery without notification, please contact us.

Please note that during sales or holidays, shipping times may be extended, but we will try to minimize delays.

When will I receive my colored contacts?

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours. We will swiftly prepare and package your order for dispatch. If you place your order before 2 PM, we will ship it the same day. Once the package is dispatched, we will email you the tracking number. You can use the Royal Mail tracking information to monitor your package's whereabouts.

Only a very few special orders may take longer, such as those related to holidays or out-of-stock items, and you will be notified within 24-48 hours after placing the order. If you do not receive a notification and your order is not shipped, please contact us.

It's been 2 days since I placed my order, why hasn't my package arrived yet?

All packages are sent using ROYAL MAIL (TRACKED 24) service. Under normal circumstances, packages are expected to be delivered within 1-2 working days*. After placing an order, you will receive a tracking number for your package, enabling you to access logistics information and track the package's location.

*Delivery time is provided as an estimate and is calculated based on dispatch time. During holidays or major promotions, delivery times may extend. Twinklebell Lens is not responsible for delays or payment failures caused by Royal Mail, but we make every effort to minimize any delays.

What courier service do you use for shipping?

Your receiving experience is of utmost importance to us, which is why we exclusively use ROYAL MAIL (Tracked 24) for all packages within the UK.

I have not received my package but it shows as signed for.

How can I track the logistics information for my order?

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming your order and providing you with an order number. Within 24 hours, we will pick, package, and dispatch your order (for orders placed before 2 PM, they will be dispatched on the same day).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email containing the tracking number for your package. Tracking your package is simple: just enter your tracking number on the ROYAL MAIL tracking page to view the status and location of your package! If you can't locate this email, please reach out to our customer service.

How do I purchase if I have different prescriptions for my left and right eyes?

Ordering two different prescriptions is simple. For instance, if your left eye requires a prescription of 300 degrees and your right eye needs 400 degrees, you can easily purchase the same style in two different prescriptions: one pair of 300 degrees and another pair of 400 degrees. You can then wear them separately as needed. This way, you will have two pairs of monthly disposable colored contacts (both pairs with free shipping).

How do I choose the prescription for colored contacts?

On Twinklebell Lens website, -1.00 is 100 degrees, -1.50 is 150 degrees, and so on.

I know my eyeglass prescription, but I'm not sure what prescription to choose for colored contacts. Are eyeglass and colored contact prescriptions the same?

Colored contacts directly touch the eyes. Due to the different distance between colored contacts and the cornea, the prescription for colored contacts is usually slightly lower than that for eyeglasses. Additionally, the higher the prescription, the more noticeable this difference becomes. To accurately determine your colored contacts prescription, we recommend scheduling a contact lens fitting at a Specsavers store in the UK.

How do I care for monthly disposable colored contacts?

① Colored contacts are soaked in saline solution when they leave the factory. After receiving them, it's recommended to soak them in contact lens solution for 12 hours before wearing them.

② After each use, clean the colored contact lenses and place them in a dual-compartment case filled with contact lens solution. Ensure the solution covers the lenses (fill the case about 2/3 full, avoiding the lens touching the case walls).

③ When handling the lenses, avoid contact with sharp objects or nails, as it can damage the lens.

④ After wearing the lenses each day, remove and clean them before soaking them in contact lens solution for at least 6 hours to maintain their moisture and prevent dryness.

⑤ Do not wear colored contacts while sleeping; avoid rinsing the lenses with tap water (only use contact lens solution); if not worn for an extended period, change the contact lens solution every three days.

How do I purchase contact lens solution? Do you sell contact lens solution?

Twinklebell Lens website offers contact lens cases for sale, but contact lens solution, being a medicinal product, needs to be purchased separately. Contact lens solutions are available at supermarkets and pharmacies across the UK. When buying contact lens solution, it's recommended to choose "All in one/All purpose/Multi-purpose" solutions for greater eye comfort. Here are a few reliable and budget-friendly options (each brand offers various sizes for your convenience):

What should I do if the colored contacts are stuck to the bottom of the glass vial?

Sometimes, contact lenses may adhere to the bottom of the packaging, which is normal. If you encounter contact lenses sticking to the bottom, gently shake the packaging up and down. If that doesn't work, give it a firmer shake, and the contact lens should come loose. If the contact lens vial has been opened, securely hold the packaging over the open vial and shake.

Please exercise caution and ensure a secure grip on the packaging to prevent any accidental spills or damage to the contact lenses.

If I've already made a payment for my order, how can I make changes to it?

If you wish to modify your order, please contact our customer service immediately. If the package has not been shipped yet, our customer service will do their best to assist you with the changes. However, if your package has already been shipped, we regret to inform you that modifications are not possible. Please ensure to carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.

What should I do if I receive damaged goods or encounter issues upon using the product?

Twinklebell Lens uses corrugated paper boxes for packaging, along with cushioning bags inside, to minimize the chances of transportation issues. While we strive to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition, we understand that unforeseen situations may occur. If you receive damaged items or encounter any issues with the products upon usage, please retain the product and packaging and promptly contact Twinklebell Lens customer service.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To assist you further, please prepare the following information:
1. Photos of the damaged item(s) (e.g., damaged packaging or contact lens)
2. Photos of the external packaging

Once you have these materials ready, kindly contact our customer service. We will respond promptly and ensure proper resolution of the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What should I do if the contact lens I've ordered are out of stock?

All the contact lenses available for purchase on our website are generally in stock. However, in rare cases, there may be instances where we inadvertently miscalculate our inventory. We kindly ask for your understanding in such situations. If you have made a purchase for a product that is out of stock, our customer service team will notify you within 48 hours.

You have two options in this scenario:
1. You can choose to receive a refund. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days and credited back to your payment card*.
2. Alternatively, you can opt for a replacement with a similar product.

Please note that some payment service providers may take up to 14 days to process the refund to your account. We recommend reaching out to your payment provider for further details.
